This product was created in partnership with renowned pastry chefs Stefano Laghi and Filippo Re. Ten precision-engineered stainless steel tools were designed specifically for crafting chocolate decorations of different shapes and sizes. With the FlyChoc Feather and Leaf tool, you can effortlessly and efficiently produce flawless feather and leaf designs. The leaf size measures 30x40 mm, as seen in the accompanying images showcasing a cake decorated with FlyChoc using the Pavoni mold KE039.

I was slightly concerned because it was my first time ordering from here. However, my shipment arrived a week before the expected date and was in perfect condition! The flour itself is great and I’ve made some amazing Viennoiseries with it. The dough comes out highly extensible and supple. I do wish the shipping fees were a bit lower as I’d originally planned on buying 2 bags but it was too expensive even with the 50% discount on the second bag. I’m definitely ordering again from them though!.
