Large capacity table top melter for the melting and tempering of up to 24kg of couverture.
This chocolate machine is well known for its good performances in melting chocolates at a steady temperature. The temperature is accurately set and controlled by an induction heating device. The use of a dry heating device ensures gently and evenly heating and melting.
This steadily precise melter is controlled thermostatically with temperatures ranging from 5C – 65C (40F-150F). Special features include the heating element placed on the bottom and sides of the machine that induces a gentle uniform heat. This ensures gently and evenly heating and melting and guarantees a perfect preservation of the characteristics of the chocolate during the melting and tempering process.
Suitable for melting up to 24 kg couverture. As a result of its characteristic properties, the melter device can be used for tempering. The stainless steel shell is removable, which makes melted and tempered chocolate can be easily taken anywhere for further processing.
